The MidAmerica Contingency Planning Forum (MCPF) is a nonprofit (501(c)(6)) professional organization that  was formed in 1994 to serve as a forum to facilitate the exchange and dissemination of information regarding all aspects of organizational resilience in both the private and public sectors in the Greater St. Louis area.
