With over 20 years of experience, Dawn Grzena has a proven track record of driving success across the Operational Resilience sectors (Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Enterprise Risk, Disaster Recovery, and 3P Resilience/Vendor Management).
She is recognized for her ability to elevate initiatives while fostering meaningful collaboration with stakeholders. Certified by leading institutions such as the BCI Institute and Disaster Recovery Institute, Dawn’s expertise spans financial, technology and real estate sectors.
Her specialties include strategic planning, Organizational Resilience program implementation, development and maturation, organization metrics and tabletop exercises. Dawn’s real-world experience in managing critical events has equipped her with a deep understanding of operational resilience and personal emergency preparedness. She is an international speaker and has spoken at numerous industry conferences, sharing her passion for both operational and personal resilience.
