Hello, all.  Given the recent tornadic activity in St. Louis, I'm curious what your protocol is for notifying employees of tornado warnings, and what your expectations are for them to take shelter.  We had a good discussion in my business continuity steering group today, but there were varying levels of agreement about expectations for employees to take shelter when the warnings can last for 30-45 minutes (but also sometimes there's a very short advanced warning!).  Are your notifications automated somehow?  Is there a better way for us know/notify when there's imminent danger vs. being in a broad warning zone, other than watching the news channels?  Thanks for any input you can share!  Jenny
